无风墙辅扇通风引射器最优出口断面数值模拟

Numerical simulation of optimum outlet section of auxiliary fan with no wind wall

摘要: 针对提高井下无风墙辅扇通风效率的技术难题,依据风流流动和辅扇通风的基础理论,建立安装引射器的无风墙辅扇通风的理论模型,应用Fluent软件进行数值模拟研究,并在相似模拟实验模型中测试不同引射器出口对辅扇通风性能的影响。结果表明:合适的引射器出口断面有效地提高了辅扇通风效率,增加巷道风量,增强井下辅扇通风方法的适应性,减少了辅扇通风能耗,同时促进矿井安全生产以及对矿山通风系统的的节能降耗具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract: Aiming at the technical problems on improving the wind wall auxiliary fan ventilation efficiency,based on the basic theory and auxiliary fan ventilation air flow,establishes the theoretical model of the ejector is installed without ventilation wall auxiliary ventilation fans, application of Fluent software for numerical simulation,and the influence of similar tests simulation model in different ejector for export the auxiliary fan ventilation efficiency.The results show that:the outlet section of injector is suitable to effectively improve the auxiliary fan ventilation efficiency,increase the roadway air volume,enhance the adaptability of underground auxiliary fan ventilation method,improve ventilation efficiency,reduce the energy consumption of auxiliary fan ventilation,and promote mine production safety and energy saving of mine the ventilation system and has a certain reference value.
